Diesel Pusher (RV's) Oil Changes
Lubricants in diesel engines are subjected to extreme conditions. The engine oil in these units should be changed yearly, however mileage is not always the determining factor. When the coach is not in use during the colder months, condensation forms inside the crank case. These units contain large quantities of oil and will normally allow 15,000 to 20,000 Kms between oil changes, provided the unit is not inactive for extended periods of time.
Scheduled Maintenance
Other items that are recommended at oil change intervals are the fuel filter, fuel/water separator and air filter inspection.
